I purchased an HP Pavillion dv6000 laptop with windows vista operating system but found that the usb ports are not functional – error message keeps appearing saying no usb drivers installed. I took it into the computer repair who reformatted due to start up also being slow. They advised that it seems the ports are burnt out. Please advise if these can be changed.
