Non-SSL Sharepoint Server site to SSL site

We currently have a Sharepoint Server 2007 site that does not utilize SSL authentication. How can we change our current site to use SSL (we want it to be https: vs. http:) without having to start all over? If we do need to start all over can you please provide quick instructions to complete this? In advance, thank you very much!
