Normal users can not use vpn connection

By vpierce ·
I have set up a vpn connection on my xp professional laptop. I set it up for all users. But when the normal user of the laptop attempts to access the connnection, he receives this message.

"Your account does not have permission to use this connection. Usually, this is because you are logged in as Guest"

How do I get rid of this message and get him connected?

Need help ASAP

Thanks

Start by checking the user's account. VPN uses ms networking. The user name and password used to create the vpn only authorizes the user to establish the vpn connection. After that, the user's account information used when they logged into windows is used to validate network access. It must include a user name and password (blank passwords are not allowed).

Cheers.
