I have been upgrading users from office 95 to office 2000 and everytime someone tries to exit out of word they get a message that says there have been changes made to the normal.dot do you want to make the changes.If you say yes it says that its a read only file and wont procede if you say no, it takes about 4 more clicks before it will let you exit the program, this is very frustrating please help.
