My company is installing norton anti-virus corporate edition V7.50.846 on our computers Mostly NT service pack 6a but some service packs 4’s.Anyway on about 10% of the computers we install this on we get problems with logging out or shutting down(Computer hangs) or sometimes rtvscan will spike CPU time to 100% and will not let anything have any cpu time. The only way to get out is hit the power button reboot and spend the 20 min to get logged in 30 min to unistall the anti-virus. HELP
P.S.this does not happen with Win 95 or 98
