Norton Antivirus and Domain Browsing

I have a user with Windows 2000 and Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition. When NAV is running, he is unable to browse one of our domains through "My Network Places". He gets the following error: "Needham is not accessible. Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service." Microsoft KB article 329717 addresses this problem with both the client and domain controller running NAV. I've confirmed the domain controller is running NAV. I followed the KB article instructions toremove IRPStackSize entry in the registry, but the problem still exists. Anyone else run into this problem?
