Norton AntiVirus:Entry point not found

The procedure entry point ?SRStopRedirect@@YAKK@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library SymRedir.dll

Everytime, I boot my Windows, it has this pop up message.
I do not konw how to rectify it.
Is it due to the clash of addresses?
