Norton Ghost 2000

I am trying to image new pc’s with Norton Ghost 2000. First I need to put the new image on a usb external hardrive, then I will image the new pc. The problem I am having is I can’t see the usb harddrive in ghost, where it tells you to select the destination drive I only see the floppy drive “a”. It looks like both drives are listed at the beginning as a source drive. I put the usb drivers on the floppy in a seperate folder, am I doing something wrong. My second question is do I need to run the sysprep on source drive first?
