I have just purchased a group of new computers based on the Intel D815EEA Motherboard. The system utilizes the Intel Pro/100 VE CNR (TP) NIC (Intel part number CNLA6000). This particular NIC does not utilize a PCI connector, but a Communication and Network Riser. I have been unable to get the Norton Multicast Assistant to create a working disk. It boots, but is unsucessful in loading the NIC drivers. I have tried both the NDIS and Packet Drivers (E100B.DOS & E100BPKT.COM) It seems to come down to the fact this card is not in a PCI slot in both instances. Oh and another thing, how does one select a question to withdraw it from this forum? I have an old one from back when and it doesn’t want to give it spot as my only question!
