XP Home SP2+
System will not install/uninstall any Norton products: Sysworks, NAV, etc. When attempting install, media spins up with 2 seconds of hourglass but no GUI. Task Manager shows processes running but nothing else. all removal apps. do the same thing. Some Windows service not running, or blocking, all symantec products. All other software install/uninstalls fine. Cannot delete HKLM/software/symantec key. Anyone experienced this?
