I think I have a virus in my laptop….I cannot system restore, Internet is really slow, but programs (off line) seems to work OK,. spyware (Wenroot spysweeper) and add aware come out clean (nothing malicious). Also,,my Norton 2005 will not allow me to scan. I click on the choice to c\scan and it simply does nothing. Any other ideas out there….I’m not an IT person. TIA..ALso, my Earthlink email refuses to download too. I can see it online, but it won’t download.
