I am not absolutely not a tech person, but came across this website as my hubby and I are in a bit of a jam. I pray someone can help.
We have a WD1600JB external hard drive. Today, my husband reinstalled Windows XP on his laptop and is now not able to access any of the data on his WD device. The laptop recognizes it when we plug it into the USB port, but when we open “my computer,” it does not show up.
My husband is preaching a sermon on Saturday and desperately needs his notes. Will someone please help?
