I have just bought Acronis True Home and although I can dreate an Acronis Secure Zone on on an external hard drive (320 GB), I can’t do so on my computers C or D drive. I get an error message “Acronis True Image Home not able to create Acronis Secure Zone on Selected Drives”. C has 25 GB free and D 18GB free.
This also happens after I removed the secure zone from my external drive as you can only have one secure zone.
Acronis does back up my computer to the external drive as it should.
Can you advise? I am not a computer expert.
