on clicking on the user account computer says loading your personal settings and then it comes with a message that windows has encountered a problem and it needs to shut down, as soon the computer shows the wallpaper in the background. so tried safe mode and tried to login to the admin account, it again gave the same message and same happened with the safe mode with command prompt.so iwas thinking what can cause this and if running chkdsk /p/r command will help?
