Not able to Map Network Drive

Hi All
I have a Win XP user on Active Directory (AD), who can logon to AD but cannot map a network drive to a server which is in another domain but not in AD. We have a one-way trust from the server to AD(the relationship is done correctly) When they try to map the error displayed is "Account Information is not correct ...." I have since than changed their PC to a Laptop, changed their password in AD and tried to get them to map to a folder on a server which is in AD. Always get the same error. Only happems with one user, security/share permissions are correct.

Any help for this problem will be appreciated.
