Not able To right partition…..

Hello sir,

I faced a serious probs with window Nt 4.0 Operating system.When i installed on 20 GB Harddisk.I formatted with NTFS format then it will take only 8 GB Harddisk.Please help on prob.i want to format 20GB hdd with 3 partitions.
