lately not all of our PCs are showing up in the Network Neightbourhood. The only ones that show up are ones that are with in the location you are at. We have 4 locations that we use to be able to view through Network Neighbourhood and now we can not. All the PCS are on the same domain just athenticate via a different BDC Server.

If each of these areas are using a different BDC to log into the network, it sounds like the domain PDC is not pushing the permissions on a regular basis out to the BDC's. You may also want to check to see if the users in each location are listed in the Domain users group, as well as under their location groups. The best way to test this would be to create a power user in the Domain user group, then have a trusted employee at each site login in using the new account. If they cannot see other PC's, then the PC's themselves may not be set up properly for domain usage as far as sharing.
MSbrowser elections are local only. Use WINS. I never use network neighborhood anyways. It's too buggy. You should still be able to browse those computers by using Start, Run, \\computername or \\ipaddress
