not connect 98 to XP

Hello sir,

I am Had a network at My Office.That was Like 10 clients and one IBM server is there.
On IBM server I installed XP Prof edition.In 10 clients 9 are windows Nt and another is windows

98.So the problem is with 98 system.If i want to connect to IBM server with 98 Then it will ask a

\\IBM\d:IPC$
like that,Then i give right admin password then also it will say wrong password.But all windows

Nt systems are ok and even i can connect 98 system with IBM(XP Prof )system.So please give me a

right solution and In My Xp Prof system -control panel -Administrative tools-IP sec is not

working tell me this also.
