Not enough disk space

By mark2121_19446 ·
I am using Power CD + G Burner and trying to rip cds to my computer. I am getting an error saying that I have 0 space available when I actually have 37 gigs. I am using XP Professionl, I restarted twice, check disk, defrag and ran anti virus. What could be causing this?

Temp files?

by Jacky Howe In reply to Not enough disk space

Download and install CCleaner

When you first open Ccleaner you will have an option to Analyze or Run Cleaner, after checking the left Pane and making your choices. Delete all Temp Files. If you scroll down you will see a greyed out box that has Advanced next to it. Left click on it and keep pressing OK to all of the responses. I normally Untick Windows Log Files and Memory Dumps as they may come in handy.

You don't have to install all of the add ons or shortcuts just the one to the Desktop.

It could be the software incorrectly reporting the HDD space

Have you thought about trying to use Media Player to rip these same CD's here and see what happens?
