I have a 1 ghz compaq presario 5012us 5000 series, running win me. It has 128 mb of ram and 2 gb of virtual memory.
After using my computer for a couple of hours a long rectangular box pops up and saying something like “you do not have enough free memory to open this program”. When I check system info it says I have 1 or 2 mb of memory and around 1.75 gb of virtual memory.
I just restarted my computer and have only 5.68 mb of availible physical memory and 1.74 gb of availible virutal memory. It is only recognizing 126.51 mb of total physical memory.
