Not Enough Space On PC

Every time I print a file a message comes up saying ?There is not enough space on your PC. Make room on the hard disk by deleting some files?; when in reality I have 74% availability on my hard disc and 526MG of RAM. Why does the system show this erroneous message and how do I eliminate it?
