Not enough

Hi,
Compaq with P4,128 RAM and 20 GB HDD and istalled on it win2000 professional.
i enter my username(DOMAIN)and password the message is NOT ENOUGH STORAGE IS AAVAILABLE TO PROCESS THIS COMMAND then i logged to window,where is my friends they did not get this message .
