A product, Free Agent, was finding the news server… news.optusnet.com.au without problems. When the program was updated it lost the ability to find the server.
Several other News Group readers have been downloaded and each of the have the same problem yet, MS Outlook, configured to the same specification, can still find the news server.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
