We are developing a web site with pop-up windows. These open instantly in Netscape and Mozilla but of course are very slow with Internet Explorer because a new instance of IE has to be activated. Is there a clever work around for this? Somehow having an extra instance open in the background? It would have to re-open whenever the popup was closed. Popups are images and shopping cart displays.
