Not receiving email

I can send and receive emails internally, send mail to external accounts but cannot recivie external mail.

Ive used Mx toolbox to search my domain but no results were found

What should I do next?

I've just taken over the IT position. You think the domain address is taken down?

The website which is probably hosted by the same company is still up though

MX record

somewhere some name server with authority over the domain name needs an MX record that points to your public IP address, where the mail server is hosted.

So you should do a whois lookup and find out what are the authoritative name servers for the domain name is [and who hosts them,] then have them create the MX record.

Robtex states "Our siteis delegated to three name servers, however all three delegated name servers are missing in the zone."
