Not seeing Flash Drive in Explorer

When I put any Flash drive on this one particular Workstation (WS) I can not see it in Explorer, however, if i go into word or excel and do file open i can see the flash drive. If I connnect the Flash drive on this WS and log off and log back in, I can see it in Explorer. This is a pain the butt for the user. I installed TweakUI to see if that would help but it did not. I can connect the Flash Drives on any other WS and it will come up in Explorer. Any Idea why this is happening?

explorer isnt refreshing the view. Try pressing F5 when the flash drive is inserted, it should then show up

I tried refreshing with F5 and it did not work.
What is strange is that if i log out or reboot with the flash drive in, and than log in and go to Explorer it will show up. any other suggestion? I notice this is happening on a couple of other Workstations.
