Notes In Outlook Calendar Print Preview

By sjenks183 ·
In the Print Preview of the Outlook Calendar there is a section that list any tasks. How do you type in the Notes portion. I tried dragging a note into the calendar but no text appeared in print preview.

Thanks.

In the Outlook calendar... Right above the notes section... it says "Click here to add a new task". That's where you add the note. Click in there and you can Control-V to paste in the note (if you copied beforehand with a Control-C).

This is before you get to the print preview part. You need to write in the tasks, b4 you print or print preview.

The "notes" section on the printout has nothing to do with your Outlook data. It's just a blank (or ruled, if you prefer) space where you can jot down notes on the printed page. In other words, it's not like the Notes section in Schedule+'s printouts, which actually did show the data.
