We have a HP Vectra 486/33T machine running a Novell 3.12. We are backing up our database every day. Every time I insert that backup tape, one of the green lights flashes signifing that it is backup the database. Also in the monitor it tells that it is overriding the infomation of that tape and proceding backing up. This time, when I put the tape in it says in the monitor:”ARCserve: Please mount a new tape to continue the session”. I insert another tape in and same message. I have inserted several tapes in and all having the same message. Also, the light doesn’t flash anymore. This tells me that it’s not backing the database. Please advise as to what the problem is and how to solve it. Thank you!
