Just inquiring who should I talk to about a novel IT idea? In particular, it involves movies and movie theaters. I am in the military and do not have an extensive IT network which I can use to seek advice; hence, my question in this forum. I attempted to contact AOL TIME WARNER via their web site. But apparently, their web site is not the appropriate means to submit/propose an innovative idea. So, any guidance and direction on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
