When certain users attempt to save a word document, the following message appears.
‘check drive door is closed and that disk/cdrom is inserted’
Users can save to the local drive but are unable to save to thier home directory. File permissions appear identical to other users in same container. The file can be cut-pasted to home directory in windows explorer but its a bit of a pain for students to have to go through this procedure each time they need to save. Found nothing at Novell or Microsoft tech support sites. Any ideas?
