Novell Client on Windows XP in Tai

I have a laptop that has Novell Client on it with Windows XP its a IBM think pad laptop. My cousin gave me this computer and I don’t have the login password (he don’t know it neither). When i log on it boots then it loads into Novell. I used the F10 option when loading up it goes into the Boot/Config screen. I can’t access anything on this computer he tried to reset it once before and its in tai language so i don’t even understand what its asking me for. How can i bypass/reset the OS in the beginning of loading the computer or do i have to buy another OS Card?
