We have a problem whereas a user’s machine will stop responding and the inevitable is to kill the power from the box. When the user tries to log back on, they can’t because their previsous network connection is still considered “live”. Our “time to live” packets are being sent once an hour. The concurrent connections are set at one. Any help you can provide will be much appreciated. Reference to KB articles would be preferred. Thank you in advance.
