I am a pc tech who has been given the responsiblity of support our group of Macs. I know very little and need to be an expert.
What are the best reference books available that will help me get started.
Currently I need to replace a nic card and do not know how to install the drivers.
Also how do you add software.
These are the types of questions I need to be able to look now and more difficult ones later.
My pc knowledge isn’t helping today.
