NT/2003/.net/LDAP password enforcement tools

Has anybody had any experiences with password enforcement tools for Microsoft-centric environments? I have seen Password Policy Enforcer, but it didn't seem all that great.

I use Microsofts built in Complex Password system. All of which can be configured in Group Policy in Active directory user's and computers. No ned to buy anything else.

1.) It allows you to force complex passwords. Complex password use 3 of the following 4 components: Upper case, Lower case, Numbers and special characters.

2.) I can set how long their password must be.

3.) I can set the password expiration period. 60 days in my office.

4.) I can prevent them from using previous password. I currently prevent them from using any of their last 6 passwords.

5.) I can set how many days in advance that they are notified that their password is about to expire. Currently I notify my users starting 1 week before their password expires.

6.) This is all enforced by the server.
