NT 4 server cluster service

Hello Guy’s,
I installed the 2 NT 4 cluster nodes, configured the 1st node.After configuring the second node the services won’t start.
Error message 0348 checking the event viewer.
I could not also uninstall the cluster software on the 2nd node from add and remove program.(this comes up with error opening registry key ID:0(00000000))
What is the best way around uninstalling the cluster software on one node ?.
