NT 4.0, IIS 4.0

I ran the IIS Lockdown tool on my Intranet server. One user used to be able to edit her schedules in Word right from the browser by clicking File, Edit in Word. Now it opens the document in Word but it is read only and she cannot edit it directly anymore. Any suggestions?
