NT and ICS

I’m running NT 4.0 SP3. The ICS host is another node on the network running Win2K Pro. When I try to connect the NT server to ICS through the LAN it tells me that the NIC (3C905B-TX) can’t be found. The NIC works fine. What gives? Am I overlooking something really obvious?
