Hi folks,
My question is related to opening an Excel 2000 ss under NT. I have a user that has created several spreadsheets and placed them in a folder on his local drive. When he tries to open them by clicking on the file,he gets the message: Cannot find the file or one of its components. Make sure the path and filename are correct and all required libraries are installed. Yet if he goes into the app and opens the file it comes right up. I can also open the file just fine on my pc afterhe emails it to me. Anybody have any ideas. This error happens on other O2K apps also. System has SP5 installed and O2K has been installed over Office 97. Problem originally occured in Office 97 as well.
