NT Automatic login

By Megtek ·
Hello!
I cannot seem to find the White Paper on Microsoft.com that explains how to modify the registry to have NT automatically log in at startup. Anyone know how to do it?

You can go to the Sysinternals (Mark Rusinovich) website. He has a utility for NT that will enable Autologin/run.

There are settings under the HKLM\Microsoft hive that contain the words "default password" & "default Userid" these are the values that enable you to log in automatically.

But WATCH OUT BECAUSE THIS IS A MAJOR SECURITY RISK
