Hi, I am using Win2k server SP4. IBM X235 with internal tape drive VXA-2. I am using NT backup to perform back up. but my schedule backups all fail with the error: The operation unable to perform because no unused media was available. Then i tried manuel backup again with the error: There are no unused media availablewith the selected type. Add unused media.
In the rsm and the device manager both did show my IBM VXA-2 device. Please assist.
