I am having problems with my backup. I am logged in as Administrator but repeatedly are being informed that I have insufficient rights. I am not the person who initially installed Exchange Server 5.5 and I wonder if this has any bearing on the problem. I have given a detailed note of the errors I am receiving.

This is completely baffling me. “Access Portions” part is a mystery to me. Can anyone please help.
