NT BDC Server Crashes after files are co

Using scusi raid unit on NT BDC. After writing data to harddisk Nt crashes giving error (error writting data to buffer)I looked in event viewer. Had scusi controller error (driver requested time out). Any ideas why thi is happening?

Please refer to the exact machine configuration. There are two possibilities:
1. The cache buffer of the RAID controller is problematic (try to enable write back on raid cache and not write through, and slow down the spin up timings on the disks that compose the raid chain).
2. The driver that was supplied to NT for this RAID controller was not the correct one.
Try to find an updated driver and to upgrade the firmware of the controller also.
