NT BLUE SCREEN FAILURE

The following error is occuring upon loading NT service pack 4.0

The header checksum does not match the computed checksum.
Workstation was rebooted and found bad clusters and replaced them. unable to get beyond this screen. Cann't get to thecontrol panel to run crashdebug.

Found three possibilities:

(Sometimes when I cut and paste URL's it looks ok to me but once the answer is posted, an extraneous space will have crept in. Make sure you delete any extraneous spaces or the page won't load)
