NT BLUE SCREEN FAILURE

The following error is occuring upon loading NT service pack 4.0

The header checksum does not match the computed checksum.
Workstation was rebooted and found bad clusters and replaced them. unable to get beyond this screen. Cann’t get to thecontrol panel to run crashdebug.
