NT Boot Problem: Kernel File Missing

I have a “Windows NT Boot Problem: Kernel File Is Missing From the Disk” I found the work around, MS knowledge Q155892, but you need to permanently boot from floppy. I want to not use the floppy when I boot up. I’ve done all that article says to dobut… help?
