I have NT4, smallbusiness server. I used to be able to copy or move files between explorer windows. Actually, I can’t copy in any way even from the floppy drive or CD Rom to any location. No virus is detected. Hardware is OK because copy operations are fine in DOS (any other OS-same computer). When I tried to re-install OS, I got message warning me that my existing data would be destroyed. How can I reinstall the OS?
