NT Games

It seems that my users are spending too much time Minesweeping! My MD has asked me to lock down the games that install with NT (and most other Windows OS) but there is nothing about deleting them or preventing them from running, anywhere in the MS TechNet.

How can I do this remotely, across the LAN?
