NT Login

I have a PC running NT4 Workstation. It has a program from MYOB installed. When I try to uninstall the program, through Add/Remove, nothing happens. Whenever you login, the MYOB program starts an update procedure, which is an executable found on another PC. I want it to stop this and uninstall the program. There is nothing in the startup group. No script in the user profile. And i can’t find any batch file that is called to execute the update progam. Where else can I look to see what makes it execute on login.?
