NT Outlook/Exchange Error

Info needed:
Who receives this message? Client, or Exchange Admin on Exchange server?

Did you associate the Exchange mailbox name with the correct NT Username?

This message is received at the point where the user first opens his/her Outlook email program?

-Check your message store on the server for disk space.

Are these users attempting to open delegated folders as well, such as a calender or another inbox?

Next, Are they trying to create a subfolder within another folder when opening their email?

Are there any Personal Folders involved and movement between Personal Folders and the Exchange Inbox?

It seems like a compatible problem. Have install the Exchange 5.5 service pack 3? Have you try to setup the outlook 98?

Does this only affect these users??? Have you created any more with the same affect??? Try having the user log onto another machine, this will answer two questions, if it follows the user it is user specific, if it doesn't it is machine specific.
If it doesn't follow the user, go back to their machine, delete their profile, and try to have them log back in again.
If it does follow them, is their home server defined in the advanced properties of their mailbox? This error is related to importing users from another system. If these clients are 9.x, are you sure they are logging on and authenticating to the domain???

What is the user's name?

I have had this sort of problem with a user who had a really long surname. Our alias names used the full surname and I got this error.

I recreated the mailbox and cut her surname down to about half of the size and shewas then able to log on with no problems. I don't know how long they are allowed to be, but I think it was about 12 chars.

Hope this helps.
