NT permissions

I have a banking program that I can not get to work on one accountants PC. I get a “runtime error 6, Overflow” error. When I log on as administrator it works just fine. I have been all through the NT file permissions and can see no reason why this error occurs. It works on other non-administrator logons that have the same permission settings as this accountant. Stumped.
