I’m trying to implement very basic directory replication between NT4 BDCs in a mixed mode Win2K domain, so that login scripts, policies, etc. are synchronised.
I’ve got it working between one BDC configured as an export server and another configured as an import server. I want to add another BDC as a second import server, and although the service starts up fine, replication doesn’t work (although it still works OK between the other 2).
The new import server reports “No Sync”.
The export server has no relevant information in its application log, but the non-working import server has the following two events:

Error 5 is a permissions thing, I think, but there doesn’t appear to be any info on error 203 in the Microsoft Knowledge Base. Anyone seen this issue?
